JobApp Network’s hiring management system is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) on-demand product and service offering. There is no software or servers to purchase, manage or install. Any manager with an internet connection can access the broad functionality of the system from anywhere, while any applicant can apply from any phone OR web browser.

The JobApp talent acquisition platform was designed and built using industry-standard and leading technologies, databases and interactive voice response (IVR) tools. Over the last 10 years, JobApp Network has processed over 5 million applicants by phone and web for publicly-traded companies, privately held corporations and government institutions.

JobApp Network’s talent management system leverages “Roles Based Security” that limits and allows different users of the system to access only the information they are pre-approved to view, take action and report upon.

JobApp’s physical disaster recovery systems include co-located servers in geographically diverse locations, ensuring that JobApp will stay up and running, even in the event of a catastrophic disaster at any one of its facilities, including the main datacenter in Southfield, Michigan and its corporate headquarters in Troy, Michigan. JobApp is securely hosted and managed in a world-class “Critical Application” environment. All production servers (web, database and telephony / IVR servers) are in this physically and technologically secure environment. Additionally, all of JobApp’s web portals feature Server Gated Cryptography (SGC), True 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption through VeriSign (Secure Site PRO certificate).

The JobApp hiring management system hosts and manages applicant, new hire and HR data for publicly-traded companies, healthcare institutions, government agencies and federal contractors. If your company is publicly traded on the NYSE or NASDAQ, your talent management vendor should be able to provide a copy of its SAS 70 Type II audit, which goes well beyond a Type I audit. Such SAS 70 Type II audits are required in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (Sarbox or SOX).
