Richard Helppie

Chairman of the Board

Richard is the founder and managing director of Vineyard Capital Group, the private equity and advisory firm that led the financial backing of JobApp in 2007. He previously founded and was CEO of Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation, an IT outsourcing provider to the healthcare industry. Under Helppie’s leadership, Superior Consultant grew to over 1,400 employees and in 2005 was acquired by Affiliated Computer Services Inc.

The former president and COO of Compuware, Joe is a general partner of Insight 2811 TE, a $200 million growth capital fund, and chairman of the board of Applied Printed Electronics Holdings.

Steven is the chairman of Credential Check Corp., a leading provider of pre-employment screening services, and president of Summit Group Advisors LLC, a provider of strategic planning systems and executive support for owners and CEOs who seek dramatic growth or change. Steven previously served as president of Smith Security Corp., which was acquired in 2000 by Securitas AB.

Mike Soignet

Director

Mike is a 26-year veteran in the quick-service restaurant industry. His background includes experience in franchise operations, food distribution and manufacturing, R&D, quality assurance and procurement. Most recently, Mike was EVP of franchise operations, distribution and procurement for Domino’s Pizza, the world’s largest pizza delivery company. He also serves on the board of regents for Ave Maria University.

Shail Arora

Director

Shail has recently joined Vineyard Capital Group as a managing partner, bringing 25 years of solid business skills, deep technical knowledge and entrepreneurial success. Shail has founded two organizations: a cloud-based software solution for healthcare, and a company focused on social e-commerce. Shail also co-founded the technology company Gradepoint and has served as a principal at IBM, running a national advanced technology practice. He began his career at EDS, working in advanced technologies that included artificial intelligence, knowledge-based systems and object technology.

Matthew R. Glotzbach

Director

Matthew joined JobApp's board of directors with over 15 years of experience in Internet technology, product strategy, enterprise product management, marketing and sales. Matthew is responsible for the strategy, development and management of YouTube’s business and product direction in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Previously, he led Google’s Apps and Enterprise Products divisions. Before joining Google, Matthew was a senior member of the management team for the computer industry business unit at Trilogy. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
